As you get great and greater in technical skill your rhymes will start to become full of "color" and content, making them unforgettable and easily memorized (This is also the mark of a great emcee, congratulations!) Your rhymes will not start to strangely become "mental rhymes". A negative effect this may have is that once they become permanent mental rhymes they often are unable to become edited in your head. Another negative effect is in the music genre of rap, you generally spit your 16 bars once, in one song or freestyle only, so it may clog your "mental RAM" making you prone to spit something remarkably similar more than a few times if you are not careful. A mental rhyme is not to confused with a freestyle. Freestyles are free topic "fight rhymes", mental rhymes have structures and are usually pre-determined in a 16 bar format. Great mental rhymer are The Notorious B.I.G. (R.I.P.) and Jay-Z.
